Strong and responsible dictatorship vs weak democracy

In this world, there are different types of government for different countries. For e.g. China and Cuba have one party system of communism while India and the United States of America have democracy.
So, coming to the topic of this article, is dictatorship better than a weak democracy? My answer is 'yes'. First, I'll give live examples to prove my point of debate. The best example we can think of is China. Today, China is one of the richest nation in the world and its cities and urban areas are so developed that it will make you feel that you are in some European nation. The same environment and development was not there few decades ago in the 1990. However, I would like to make an addition with dictatorship that merely any dictatorship will not ensure development of this nation. Dictatorship should be a responsible one, There are many examples of failure of dictatorship which I would agree like in Iraq and many African nations.
Now, coming to derivative reasons, I agree that all nations who are underdeveloped or developing should have dictatorship. A child who has not yet become a man is taken care by his parents or adult guardians. I would not say that he is dictated by his parents or guardians but his activities are largely regulated and controlled. Same with nations because in selecting their leaders, they need to be controlled and trained for the same. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also wanted India under benevolent dictatorship after its independence for sometime and then open the doors for democracy.
To conclude, I hope that in this article, I have stated enough reasons for supporting my point of debate that strong and responsible dictatorship is better than a weak democracy. India under democracy is still facing social evils like corruption and increase in crime rate etc.
